- JTJezabel Tokio5 days ago1.0Went in on Saturday April 5 around 8pm, asked to speak to a manager (a girl with contacts it seemed) I was ONE DAY over the 30 day return policy and she refused to do an exchange for another shade - product was unused. She insisted that as the manager she didn’t have that option on the screen to exchange it even though my product was delivered 6 days later after I purchased it anyways- so unprofessional as a manager or lead. Bad representation for the brand- I asked her various times if she could please do the exchange she smirked saying it didn’t show up on her screen as an option and that even ONE DAY over the 30 day policy she couldn’t honor. Shame to find out you are able to do that- as I had mentioned to her money was staying in the store regardless.

These 2 looked like they couldn’t be bothered I had to remind her to give me my birthday gift…. The Clifton location is 100X friendlier especially if you’re going on a day off to spend your money.
