  Edit: (I find it absolutely disgusting that the replies done by this organization to the negative reviews by patrons are very condescending and rude. You own a place of business but are replying to the negative reviews with major unprofessionalism and disrespect.) My mother and I arrived 10 minutes late for our appointment. We made sure it was ok to come in. I never write bad reviews but I had a really disappointing experience at this salon. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed rushed and uninterested, and there was little to no consultation about what I actually wanted. I felt like my concerns were brushed off completely. After my hair was washed, I immediately noticed the back of my head and neck area were still completely dry, which made me question how thorough the wash even was. On top of that, no heat protectant was used before blow drying or curling my hair, which is really concerning for anyone who cares about the health of their hair. The styling itself was not what I asked for, and the overall service felt careless and unprofessional. The stylist didn’t check in during the process, and I left feeling unhappy with the result. To make matters worse, during my mom’s service, her stylist was wearing rubber gloves while curling her hair, and the hot iron actually burned through the gloves halfway through the appointment, leaving her with a burn on her ear. My mother did make the stylist aware by saying “ow you burnt me”. She also showed the stylist a photo of her own hair from about three weeks prior. Her hair looking nothing similar to the photo. On top of that, hairspray was sprayed directly into her eye, which caused immediate discomfort and was very alarming. Additionally, there were no visible stylist credentials displayed anywhere in the salon, which added to the lack of trust and professionalism we experienced. For the price I paid, I expected much better attention to detail and customer care. Unfortunately, I left feeling frustrated and won’t be returning.

  I’ve been going to Zuzu for eyebrow threading and she never disappoints! She is incredibly skilled and pays great attention to detail, making sure my brows look clean and natural every time. One of the best parts is how easy it is to walk in, no appointment needed, which is so convenient. Highly recommend her services!

  I have been looking for someone to cut my hair for sometime. After lots of bad haircuts Luckily, I found Ellen at Plaza Salon. She’s amazing a great artist. She knows how to cut my hair, which is short and curly. Sometimes she blows it out. Sometimes I just go curly and she always knows what to do. I always leave feeling great fresh and happy. Not only that she’s such a good person kind and caring. I highly recommend a haircut by her if you want to look and feel good.

  I’ve been going to Ellen for over 15 years, and I can honestly say she is exceptional at what she does. She’s incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and truly takes pride in her craft. What I appreciate most is how much time she spends listening—she really understands what you’re looking for and also offers her expert opinion to help you make the best decisions for your hair. She’s also very accommodating when it comes to scheduling, which makes a big difference. Every visit, I leave with the best cut and blowout, and my highlights always look natural and beautifully done. I’ve since moved about 30 minutes away, but I still make the trip because she’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommend Ellen to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable hairstylist!

  Christina is amazing!! I texted her last minute today for a bang trim since i was back in the area, I found her 2 years ago in a panic when i had a literal hair disaster at a different salon where they fried my hair with improper bleaching, and Christina saved the day! She made my hair look amazing, i’ve been going to her for about 2 years, and she always does a fantastic job!!! Her bang trims are always on point, haircuts are great, super amazing job with color, just great all around. She always does exactly what you ask for and cares about her clients wants and needs. She is so kind and super somfortable to talk to, i HIGHLY highly recommend her!! she’s amazing and so sweet. Here are some before and after photos of her work when i had my hair ruined at a different salon. She saved my hair! Book Christina asap!! ♥️♥️
