- RDRosemary DiazNov 10, 20255.0I am compelled to write a review on Max - a sales associate at the Sephora at Kohls at the Bergen Mall. I went it to the store to return a product without a receipt. However, on my Sephora App- it appears. The store manager wasn’t helpful and was apprehensive about this. I don’t understand why. He was very short with me. I ended up leaving the store and calling Sephora’s customer service line and they assured me that the store manager at kohls at the Bergen mall was wrong and that they should have been helpful.I call the store again and long and behold Max answers my call and did his diligent work and found my receipt. I hope Roy the store manager there will take notice and value Max’s due diligence. Kohls and Sephora please take notice of your employee Max. His attention to customer service is very valuable.
