- RDRosemary DiazNov 10, 20255.0I am compelled to write a review on Max - a sales associate at the Sephora at Kohls at the Bergen Mall. I went it to the store to return a product without a receipt. However, on my Sephora App- it appears. The store manager wasn’t helpful and was apprehensive about this. I don’t understand why. He was very short with me. I ended up leaving the store and calling Sephora’s customer service line and they assured me that the store manager at kohls at the Bergen mall was wrong and that they should have been helpful.I call the store again and long and behold Max answers my call and did his diligent work and found my receipt. I hope Roy the store manager there will take notice and value Max’s due diligence. Kohls and Sephora please take notice of your employee Max. His attention to customer service is very valuable.

- AAADollipOfJubilanceSep 26, 20251.0Unfortunately the is the dirtiest Sephora I’ve ever seen.. thick coats of dust and dander on all of the shelves and on a lot of product. It’s actually really gross. And they have products on the floor for sale that are half used returns.. when I ask if there is another unopened perfume- the answer is no, this is all they have. I have never seen a Sephora put clearly used returned goods back on the floor. Someone high up needs to audit them.
