Nurse Kate is awesome! My mom does IV therapy and said she didn’t even feel the needle go into her arm! The Paramus team is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about all services. Services are performed quickly and you don’t sit there forever. The entire facility/store was super clean!

I’ve been coming here for almost a year now and I really love it. Kate does my IV drips and she’s always great, super knowledgeable and makes the whole process easy and comfortable. Amuna does my facials and she’s amazing. My skin has improved so much since seeing her. Z and Rich at the front desk are always so friendly and welcoming. The overall vibe is great and the staff really cares. Highly recommend

My experience at Restore Hyper Wellness (Paramus) was extremely disappointing, and after several visits, I will not be returning. The biggest issue is pricing transparency. Everything is discussed in “credits,” which makes it very difficult to understand what services actually cost in real dollars. On my third month going for IV therapy, I was told I had extra credits for my next visit and was encouraged to add red light therapy. Before treatment, I had a detailed conversation with the nurse about upgrading to 10g Vitamin C and adding another nutrient. We discussed the credit impact and I was told I’d be paying about $60 more. At checkout, I was told my total was $180 more. The explanation didn’t line up with what had been discussed. While trying to understand the difference, I repeatedly asked the manager to explain the charges in actual dollar amounts, not credits. She continued speaking only in credit conversions and would not clearly break it down in dollars at that time. What’s frustrating is that after the visit, I received an itemized receipt showing everything clearly listed in dollars — including charges for red light therapy and other add-ons I was under the impression were covered. If that same breakdown had been provided when I asked, I would have been able to make an informed decision before services were finalized. The red light therapy itself also felt like an afterthought — the room felt more like a storage space than a proper treatment area. Operationally, the environment felt disorganized. On a previous visit, after my IV finished, I was left sitting in compression gear until I had to loudly ask for help. The front desk area often felt unprofessional and more social than clinical. Another major concern for me personally involves B12. I already knew I require a specific form. At another IV provider, they clearly showed me the different types and explained the difference. I felt a noticeable effect there. At Restore, I was told it was methyl B12, but I never felt any change. Given the other inconsistencies, that became a red flag for me. Lastly, I had a billing issue where a card I used that day was later charged again without my understanding that it would be kept on file. Overall, this experience did not feel transparent or consistent enough for wellness services involving injections. I’ve since switched providers and had a much more confidence-inspiring experience.

Restore Wellness was a huge help when I was sick. I received fluids with effective electrolytes and felt better quickly. It was far less expensive than an ER visit. Highly recommend—thank you!

Had the absolute worst racist experience at the Paramus location. The IV drip and red light therapy was amazing with my nurse Kate but my experience quickly turned horrible from the racist manager who failed to inform me that the policy of the company is that they do not accept cash. I was never warned or informed of this I do prior to me signing a waiver or starting my services. I only had cash and offered to leave the cash for the services and also my card until I could go to the atm to put the money in the bank and come back to pay. I was told I could not leave the store or the cops would be called and that I was REFUSING to pay for my services which I was not because I had the cash which I showed to every employee. I asked the manager what would be the resolution to this and she said I had to call someone to pay for it on a card or charge my card either way with no money on it. I proceeded to be held there arguing with her for 20 minutes now being forced to be late in picking up my daughter all for her profiling me and giving me a hard time. She then tells me she is flagging my acct and that I would be banned from all locations moving forward as I walked out . Pure disgust ! Told her to go ahead and ban me after I tried to leave the cash with her several times and went to get my daughter and then called back to have them charge my card which they could have done the first time. I would never step foot in there again not for the services or the nurses but because of the pure prejudice I experience from the manager. It was truly embarrassing having a relaxing experience then going to one that was stressful and unnecessary. She should be fired immediately! All the other employees were angels and they do their job impeccably. I just pray no one ever experienced what I went through on 1/9/26.
