They also have a private room for anyone who needs it which I also appreciate and requested today. Had an odd appointment today where I got my haircut and no wash so assumed I was paying for just a haircut. Was $39 and they informed me that prices went up so I assumed that’s what the price was of just a haircut. Later I find out that was the price of a wash and haircut so to clarify I called and then was told I have to ask for the wash? Never have I been to a salon where I had to ask for the service I paid for….was definitely unhappy because my stylist was even asking about my hair washing routine but didn’t even bring up if I wanted a wash?? Just a heads up for anyone else hoping to come here, definitely make sure you’re getting your full service
