  It is no surprise that Lush is an amazing store with beautiful products, so fun, and such a multi sensory experience. I have been a huge fan since I was literally a kid. But what really makes a store feel special, especially since there are so many different locations, is the staff. I felt so compelled to write this after my experience the other day. I always have great visits and the energy in the store is consistently warm, but one interaction in particular stayed with me. It made me realize how much I value employees who are not only emotionally aware, but deeply thoughtful and genuinely kind. The team there right now is absolutely delightful. They go above and beyond in a way that feels natural, not forced. You can feel that they truly care, and it makes everything about the experience more human, more memorable. They really love their job and it shows. I so hope these girls are rewarded for the energy that they bring.

  Went to just test out some scents yesterday, Emmit was the most helpful ever. Emmit gave us about 6 testers and was able to name them just off of scent when we got the testers mixed up. He was extremely helpful as we came in to smell a winter scent they no longer we had. If you go in ask for Emmit you won’t be disappointed. He deserves a raise!!!

  Large selections, non overbearing sales associates, large store where a stroller can go through. This will be my go to lush store from now on.

  I am just so disappointed in this store!! I got kicked out by this large blue haired employee for not showing proof and id that I am over 18 even though I am a GROWN WOMEN! I am 24 and have never been TREATED SO HORRID IN A STORE. THIS EMPLOYEE MUST BE FIRED

  I was here the other night and my experience was horrible. My friends and I who are adult women came into this store just to look around and the moment we step in this employee who was about 300pounds and had bright blue hair started questioning us about our age and even after I told the the employee we where 18 they asked us for id then kicked us out after we didn’t show them any id. Yet it looked like we were the only people in there who they asked for id. Then I went back into the store later with my friend (they are an adult man) and that same employee greeted us and didn’t ask for any id. I am NEVER Comeing back me and my friends feel that we were EXTREMELY DISRESPECTED! This store is a disgrace and the blue haired large employee must be fired!!! Might I add it is not the stores job to check our ages only the security! We were wrongfully kicked out of lush and I will never give this store any of my time!!!
