Every time I ask her to gift wrap the products, she does it very neatly with care, which makes me choose l'Occitane, and this location specifically, for gifts. Thank you always!

The sales associate (who’s in the pic slightly) was so kind and helpful. I was not knowledgeable about the products and she answered all my questions and was patient with me. She let me try out the shower oil on my hand at the station and also other products in the line. I purchased the body oil and shower oil. She even offered a deal they have currently going on that my purchase fell under and gave me free samples.
