  If you have not been here, you should definitely make an appointment today! This is the coziest, cleanest, most relaxing spa in the area. From the professional and friendly customer concierge at the front desk to the awesome massage by Gee, I was overjoyed with my experience on 9/24. Gee really listened to my concerns and tailored the massage specifically for me. The price was VERY reasonable too. It was so great I made a return appointment before I left. Thank you for excellent customer service and a wonderful day!

  I had a 12:15 massage appointment and arrived early at 12:10. At 12:15, I was told my therapist had a personal issue and would be 45 minutes late. No apology was offered—just a suggestion that I “go eat in the area and wait.” Since I had other commitments, I left upset, then returned to ask about rescheduling. The only option was hours later with a male therapist, which I agreed to, but I also asked what they could do to make up for wasting my time. The receptionist said the owner would decide. The response: 20% off. I couldn’t help but notice that their policy charges customers 50% for canceling without 24 hours’ notice, but apparently when they cancel last-minute, my time is worth far less. Overall, I found the service dismissive, the lack of apology unprofessional, and the resolution unfair.

  I’ve been going to both Red Birch Spa and their sister shop, White Birch Spa, sporadically over the past 5 years for massages. All four of the therapists I’ve used have been phenomenal— Alison, Christina, Jen, and Ken! Good listeners, strong hands, knowledgeable about the body, and professional. The front desk (usually the owner) has always been helpful and accommodating. And today, when I was miserable and in pain, they really went above and beyond by finding an available therapist despite their full book and calling me back to let me know the status on time, as promised. I look forward to my experiences there and will definitely be continuing as a patron.

  I have had 2 massages with Gee.... pure heaven. Today I just had a 30-min reflexology treatment on my feet - incredible. I have been dealing with neuropathy on both my feet for about 2 years. Gee's loving fingers were so soothing.
