From the professional and friendly customer concierge at the front desk to the awesome massage by Gee, I was overjoyed with my experience on 9/24. Gee really listened to my concerns and tailored the massage specifically for me. The price was VERY reasonable too. It was so great I made a return appointment before I left. Thank you for excellent customer service and a wonderful day!

No apology was offered—just a suggestion that I “go eat in the area and wait.” Since I had other commitments, I left upset, then returned to ask about rescheduling. The only option was hours later with a male therapist, which I agreed to, but I also asked what they could do to make up for wasting my time. The receptionist said the owner would decide. The response: 20% off. I couldn’t help but notice that their policy charges customers 50% for canceling without 24 hours’ notice, but apparently when they cancel last-minute, my time is worth far less. Overall, I found the service dismissive, the lack of apology unprofessional, and the resolution unfair.
