We visited the Sephora in Ocean. We walked in, to what was an overwhelming selection. We met Carmen the Sephora associate. Who by the way made her self available to us immediately. WOW, She is amazing. She knows her stuff has great advice. The experience never felt like an upsale. She is truly authentic, knowledgeable a true asset to your store and brand. She made what was honestly a very uncomfortable situation a fun experience for my girls and me even the boyfriend. She even took the time to teach me a few things. Thank you so much Carmen I appreciate it.
