She was so polite I asked her to match me for my foundation because charlotte Tilbury remade there formula. She color matched me and let me tell you I had other things in my cart that can only be shipped which is always disappointing when you want to buy things right there. She was fabulous her customer service is one of a kind even for myself because I work for 43 surgeons in N.j and I have to speak to different patients each and everyday it’s always rare when I get the same customer service I give out. I always give it my all. I was asking for substitutions and she was great at recommending me the cheap and mid class products so I can save some money ! Detail by detail listening about my oily skin walking me through she was just great I highly recommend her 100% will come back !
