    I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from Alexa or Alexis. As a result, I’ve decided not to return to this location as long as she is an employee there. It is unfortunate as this location is conveniently located just five minutes away from my house and now I will have to travel to Wall to visit SalonCentric. Although my experience was disappointing, I appreciate the kindness and professionalism from the other employees, particularly an African-American woman and a Hispanic young lady who intervened and helped de-escalate the situation while Alexa continued to verbally attack me. I have never been so disrespected by a store employee in my life, all because I decided to honor my right as a consumer and return blow dryers that did not fit my needs as a hair dresser. I was told by Alexa that I was “Frustrating her and messing up her inventory” and that she would never sell me another blow dryer again!

    I love coming to this location. Everyone is well versed in the products sold and i’m always met with a smile. Special shout out to Alexis which i’ve personally seen helping multiple guests at once without a sweat. Always very caring and friendly.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
