The receptionist welcomed me by name when I arrived which was a nice touch. Kim took me right away and discussed my hair goals before I had my hair washed. Kim skillfully cut my hair, and it came out great. Pricing was right in line with what I expected and it was reasonable. I was very happy with this first experience and will be back!
