The reason I gave 1 star is because of the hair washing station, literally left me with a creak in my neck and my neck hurts. Super uncomfortable. The sink and chair are so low that you're actually lying down inverted, not sitting up and just leaning your head back & down (the way the sink is set up in every salon) my first thought was how bad this must be for the hairdresser that has to do this everyday work day, bending down that way, it's very uncomfortable for them too. I am a loyal customer to numerous of your locations but this one, I don't recommend, it's hours later and my neck hurts. Great Clips, you need to do better. Do better for your customers and your employees.

She rescued me from another person who was taking 45 minutes & still wasn’t done with my son’s hair. He was certainly junior or naive & I didn’t feel safe. Aarti is kind, efficient & definitely saved my son’s hair. Go see her as she’s wonderful & should be promoted.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
