    My daughter and I both got wonderful haircuts at a good price. We checked in online so there was no wait when we arrived. The staff is friendly and very attentive to just what we want. Thank you, Great Clips!

    The whole family has switched to this location, and we absolutely love the staff. They are competent and friendly, and make everyone feel welcome. Online check in is a must, as lines do occur. It is also the greatest value for a haircut in the area, it feels like you had a discount card when you go to pay. It is wonderful! Plus. The lower prices mean customers can tip their provider more generously!

    We come here a lot at this location but the last visit was the worst. I felt discriminated by the staff. My 10 year old son is autistic and will only allow scissors no buzzer. I went with my husband and son. Both needs haircuts. my husband pointed the lady that did my son haircut last time. She was cleaning up since she was done with her client. So we decided to wait and had my husband to go to the staff that was ready. After she sweep, she went to the back for a while, then came back and did some paperworks at the counter, there was over 40 mins wait and we check in online already. So we were next. She basically ignored us since she knew it will take her time to cut my son hair. We had to wait for another staff to get done. We finally got another lady ready to take us. And that took at least 10-15 mins. Explained to her my son does not like buzzer. She was fine but I can tell she was not happy. When she started the other lady decided to call the next customer , cause hey she was able to avoid us finally. If your establishment cannot handle customer that don’t like buzzer why not tell us upfront instead of giving us attitude like we were bothering you? Oh yeah because legally you cannot discriminate so you just basically want to give a really bad customer experience so we won’t come back the next time. Noted.

    I had my hair cut in Hamton plaza Newton . I tried to find my coupon for a discount but could find any that weren't expired. I tried to sign in for my visit with my neighbor Ms Mary Gubich but mine never went through and I finished signing g in as a walk in Yesterday my neighbor got a discount postcard in the mail. I still didn't get one and when stopping by the store the Mgr. Told me to wait it should be coming, but it's the same story I've heard for over 3 years and I'm still waiting for a current coupon. Any way the young lady that cut my hair did a fine job but being on Social Security and retired I need to save where I can and the coupons are important and definitely helps me to save a bit.
