- MRMegan Rodrigues2 days ago2.0My daughter wanted her hair done, I made an appointment online and booked for a partial, haircut, and a blow dry. Upon arrival I asked if the stylist had time to apply fashion color she said yes and brought my daughter back. The foils were applied and the appointment began. The stylist then came over to me and explained that if I wanted my daughter's hair blow dried it would cost extra. I accepted and then the stylist explained that she wouldnt be able to blow dry since she needed to be done with my daughter soon. I wasn't happy but accepted. The color had to be reapplied since too little of the product was put on the hair. Her hair isnt uniform. I paid the amount the stylist said and received no receipt. Later in email form I saw my receipt and saw that I was charged for a blow out that I was told wouldnt be able to happen. And a 32 dollar haircut to remove 1 inch of hair on a child. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE WON'T BE BACK

I got a younger stylist with pink hair (I didn’t catch her name), and she was super polite and easy to talk to. She did exactly what I was looking for and even gave me some helpful styling tips. Not to mention the staff were so welcoming and friendly! 😃 I’m really happy with how it turned out and will definitely be coming back!
