She want the Farrah fawcett haircut. She was well prepared for the visit. She booked a 80 minute session. (deluxe package). And this piece of work Kate, took her to Kate's chair and proceeded to belittle and bully my daughter about the cut she wanted . Then proceeded to tell her she can't do all the work to do her hair due to she has another customer coming in soon. ( Then why take my daughter to your chair if you could not do the 80 minute appointment.). Now mind ya she booked ( ahead of time for the 80 minute session ! She paid for 80 mins. Not five minutes and a attitude from Kate. My daughter felt humiliated and disrespected. By the way, Kate is lucky I was not with my daughter at the time of her disrespect!!! My daughter was extremely upset and hurt from this experience. I am greatly disappointed in the behavior of this Kate. I am a loyal, and repeat customer. I am very disappointed in the treatment of my daughter by this piece of work Kate. There was one bright light Ezgi, came to my daughter and said she would take care of her the next time but unless this is not straightened out I really don't think we are going to take mine and my family of 9 elsewhere.
