The atmosphere was welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment I arrived. My stylist Gisselle handled my cut and color, and she truly did an amazing job. The color is perfect, and the trim left my hair looking healthy and refreshed. Everything about the appointment was seamless, and I left extremely happy with the results. Highly recommend both the studio and Gisselle.

W/in minutes I see I missed 5 calls, I called back.. They said she almost fell, didn’t know what she was doing there and her head wouldn’t reach the sink (guess they don’t use kids pads) and they were worried about hurting her and I left her there. Went back and got her, stood up and walked on her own out, terrible customer service. I literally take her every week to any salon that’s close and have never had an issue. Will never go back here, went from there to Great Clips in Marlton, done in 15 min with no help required

However , there was no apology offered after making me late for opening my store. I then had to tell her to please use some type of styling products in my hair. My hair was a disaster!! It actually looked better when I came in the salon so I asked her to use a straightening iron for which she did only on a few pieces. Very upset as I had a party later that day. Chrissy then charged me $ 55.00 after all that mess. I plan to contact a DM or Regional.
