- MFMark FallonMar 18, 20261.0I've gone here in the past & haircuts were OK but recently got the WORST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE. No exaggeration. Women who cut just said "what are we doing?" That was her only communication with me! Otherwise complaining that her lunch didn't arrive yet. Jumping around poorly singing music that was on and too loud. Was in chair for maybe 10 minutes. Haircut looked like she put a bowl on my head and just cut around it. Apparently incapable of artistic abilitiy, I just wanted to get out of there! So paid the bill. Went to a salon to get it fixed. Stylist couldn't believe lack of evenness and skill of person who did the cut. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! On a positive note, found a talented Stylist who is will be going to for now on! Also, after now reading reviews, it appears to just be a standard reply and telling unhappy customers to reach out to a customer service Email with their complaint "So we can make it right" Message to reply...... "Do something about it if you want to keep your business instead of glossing over complaints and putting the responsibility on the reviewers. The fact that people are taking time to post reviews is enough on our behalf."
- CMClaire McGovernFeb 8, 20262.0i usually go to great clips to get a haircuts because they’re quick and cheap however my experience there today was a little unpleasant as a hairdresser was being extremely rude to a customer using a nasty tone and when someone called her out for her rude and unprofessional behavior on it she started to yell at them telling her to mind her own business and that she cut this persons hair all the time. After the customer who called out the hair dresser left she continued to spout off to the other customers about what happened. this experience left a bad taste in my mouth and i commend the woman who spoke up stating the behavior that others might have been afraid to express. the same hair dresser cut my hair and she was lucky that she even got a tip due to her unprofessional and rude behavior
