  Do not go here! My bf asked for a short fade on the sides and scissor cut on top. The woman told him that a scissor cut is just a #4 on the clippers...cut his hair completely off!! You can't even grab a fingers length off the top. This is the second time this has happened at this place. Save your money

  They did a good job with my hair. But they try to up sell you and they asked me if I wanted a hair cut. I declined. I paid for my service. Looked at my receipt and they charged me for a hair cut I didn’t get. Not happy. Going back to get this straightened out.

  Worst place don’t recommend to anyone especially this skinny girl that says she knows how to cut hair when she really doesn’t should get fired she cut at least 10-14 inches off my hair. She has curly short hair.

  Worst experience here ever! Don't go! The stylist Alex she had the worst attitude she started off completely nice until her bf or husband whoever he was showed up. She had washed what i thought was dye out of my hair but apparently wasn't and did no color changed to my hair she was getting ready to do the cut instead of fixing her mistake so I told her we couldn't leave it like this so she threw her brush on table looked at him with attitude well we're not leaving. So as she gets the dye I called my husband to say goodnight to my youngest and yes told my husband that I need to find a new salon I was there for 4 1/2 hrs and my hair wasn't right than I was getting an attitude bc I wasn't gonna leave it like that. So she comes back out puts dye on my hair less than 20 mins she come back I'm ready to wash your hair her tone so frigging miserable. At that point I told her to take the cut and blow dry off I'm not getting that done who in their right mind would let someone that has complete attitude cut their hair not me! My hair feels like a complete knot because she didn't even wash all the stuff out my hair..So I went up to check out my total was still the same as it was with the hair cut and blow dry so obviously she did something to make it still same price. Which was ridiculous. Than for some reason she put my daughter's and mine together to check out well I never asked for that and I wanted to pay separately well the attitude became worse and she and her bf want to start arguing with me in front of my 11 yr old actin like she was perfectly fine the whole time all I can say is there's cameras in there play it back spent over 500 dollars in there for the absolute worse experience and service absolutely never again Alex is completely unprofessional!! And to top it off i didn't get lights lights my whole head is one frigging color. This place is a RIP OFF

  I had a really disappointing experience at Hair Cuttery. I came in with a clear inspiration photo and explained what I wanted, but the stylist did not listen at all. I specifically asked her to trim my dead ends, yet she barely touched them and gave me something completely different from what I asked for. On top of that, she was unprofessional the entire time—making unnecessary comments about my hair being “too dry” and even questioning why I dye it black when my natural color is lighter. That was rude and unnecessary. She rushed through the service, didn’t take any care with my cut, and left my bangs uneven and choppy. The result looks nothing like what I asked for. I left upset, dissatisfied, and honestly feeling disrespected. This was a waste of my time and money. I would like a refund because the service I received was not what I asked or paid for.
