We got piercing done 3 months ago, one ear got infected so we waited and got another appointment for doing one ear piercing redone. We reached at 2:21 (appointment 2:15), yes our fault but denying service just because we were late by 6 minutes even when their own email reminder said 10 mins is acceptable is completely outrageous. Last appointment we were served 45 mins later than our scheduled time, no value for time then? Never visiting again nor recommending anyone specifically who travel more than 40 mins to get this done.

Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.
