- SSSonia SmithJul 10, 20251.0one star is too generous this is the worst sephora i’ve ever been to. the shelves are constantly messy. products opened, smeared, and just left everywhere like no one cares. nothing is ever in stock. i’ve come back multiple times hoping they’d restock basic items and it’s always the same story. the staff? unhelpful and dismissive. i asked about a lipstick shade and the employee told me “i’ll be back to help you” only to walk off and never return. meanwhile she helped someone else and then disappeared.
