It is a skill to be so fluent socially and make your guest feel welcomed as well as comfortable; Hannah did just that. I’m not much of a small talker myself, but immediately once I was in the chair I felt completely at ease and confident that the experience would be a breeze. I had gotten a full head of highlights and I have pretty long and thick hair, Hannah got it done in 3 hours. Anyone who has gotten their hair done professionally knows that a full head of highlights + toning + blowdry can be time consuming. I was so thankful Hannah made the experience as smooth as possible and I left happy with my hair, but also happy with the experience. Place was clean and everyone worked professionally.

Cut comes with a wash. Never in my life have I ever been somewhere that washed my hair and didn't blow dry it. And it was 26 degrees outside. When she "washed" my hair, she only washed from where about a headband would sit and forward and didn't even come down to my ears. I'm sad about how short my hair is, but it is what it is. What really gets me is sending clients out in 26 degree weather with soaking wet hair. I told my regular hair dresser (she was booked out and couldn't fit me in) and even she was shocked!
