I don’t even know what it is. I have a hair on of my head, an extremely short in the back !extremely unhappy. I will never go back. The woman instead of listening to me tells me she does 10 of them a day so she did what she wanted she did not listen to what I wanted at all. I’m extremely unhappy with my haircut now I have to wait months for it to grow out and maybe have a decent set of hair on my head next time the stylist should listen to what the customer wants and not just do whatever the fudge they want. Won’t even add a photo. I’m so happy with my look right now. This woman needs to shut her mouth and start listening to what the Customer wants not what she wants or what she can do if she wasn’t able to do it but I had someone else cut my hair

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
