Lynn, the owner, stopped by to personally welcome me, and I instantly saw why the staff operates with such excellence. Her warmth and professionalism set the tone for the entire wellness center. Knowing that Prime IV is a veteran-owned business made me even prouder to support them. The whole team was on point…every person I encountered genuinely cared about my comfort and results. I left feeling refreshed, energized, and incredibly well cared for. If you’ve been considering IV hydration therapy, stop waiting. Then I met my wonderful nurse, Kim, who took amazing care of me. She was so helpful, and even though I usually get nervous about needles, I didn’t feel a thing! She’s truly skilled at what she does. Once Kim set up my IV(I got the Immunity Armor), I got to relax in the gravity chairs, which made the whole experience so soothing. The IV drip takes about an hour, and it was surprisingly enjoyable. I was also delighted to meet the owner, Lynn—an absolute pleasure! She’s so knowledgeable and genuinely sweet.
