I showed her a picture... She removed the elastic in my hair & gave it to me & proceeded to cut it short all around without looking at the length of the sides for how long i wanted it all around...did not leave the long length all around that i had but cut it super short....i then had to go home and even out the right side back as it was an inch longer then the left behind my ear. What a happy day. You get what you pay for. Never again.
