- CVCee VeeOct 1, 20251.0Not a good experience today; it was my 3rd time to get a haircut. The short & chubby hair lady seemed preoccupied and disinterested when she shouted if I was checked in. When she finally ordered me to come to her chair, she mocked my words, and I immediately stated she misheard me. No apology. She was rough with my hair, used a large comb and pulled my hair without care. No apology. I asked her to cut 2-2.5 inches off and she took an 1 inch off. My hair is mostly blonde & grey and the hair on the ground was dark brown but she said it was my hair…? She shouted in my ear as she yelped about a popcorn kernel in her throat. I suggested she get a glass of water. She became aggressive when I asked her to cut more and by now my trust was now nought. I asked to change to the other hair cutter who is a teacher, and whom I had a previous hair cut. The unpleasant lady stared at me and I became very uncomfortable. The teacher too was under pressure and she was unsure how to behave with her colleague staring and acting oddly. I decided I needed to leave with a wet head and go somewhere else to get a haircut! Very disappointed and can not believe this lady is not reprimanded for her bad behaviours and poor attitude. Today is 10/1 at about 6pm.
