She told me I insulted her by answering her question (like an adult). She then proceeds to tell me that she can't explain my hair cut to me because I wouldn't understand. The manager and another stylist were both in the same room. I again, in a calm manner explain that she is actually insulting me buy insulting my intelligence, insinuating that I can't understand her explanation of hair cuts. She kicks me out of her chair. The manager never identified herself until I asked to speak to one. She claimed she had no knowledge of the situation, all the while her employee continues to interrupt our conversation accusing me of being insulting while raising her voice. Never once did the supervisor ask her employee to stop or even attempt to correct her behavior. The manager did offer to attempt to correct my messed up hair cut. I again calmly said no thank you and let her know that I with not be returning. The distraught employee gleefully celebrated with a loud and clean "GOOD!". I ask the manager who obviously heard it if that was professional, who looks at me and quietly says " not really". Almost as if she's afraid of her own employee. I'd give it a zero if I could. Not sure if I would call that a business.

I will never let that employee cut my hair again! My hair looks and feels terrible!
