  I’ve been going to Michele for a few years now and I’ve gotta say she’s an amazing hair stylist! She’s always kind and makes sure i’m comfortable and know what I want before she does the haircut. I love her outgoing personality. Her overall energy/vibe is very welcoming and she is so pleasant to be around! Can’t recommend this hair stylist enough!

  I really never write negative reviews but I'm honestly so mad after getting my son's hair cut here. I wish I knew the lady's name that cut his hair but I didn't get it while we were there. She had long black wavy hair, in her 40s. She was so aggressive with him and ignored everything he was telling her. He has sensory issues so he hates anything on his neck besides the cape. She said her son also has sensory issues so I thought it would go well but she didn't pay any mind to him being so uncomfortable and sobbing in the chair. She grabbed his head and moved it around aggressively while shaving, I guess trying to get the haircut done as quickly as possible. I will never go here again. We usually go to another great clips but we were in the area so I thought it would be easier to come here. Also he has spring pictures soon and now I will have to bring him back to his regular place and pay more money to get it fixed because she did a terrible job and didn't even ask me to look at it before we left. I honestly didn't care in the moment because I just wanted to get my son out of there. We had other plans afterwards but had to bring my son home to calm him down a little bit before we went back out. I've never had such a horrible experience at a haircut place ever.

  Do not take your child there!!! They are not nice and disregard your child needs. Our child has sensory issues and she kept ignoring that fact to the point our child was in tears.

  I've been going here for 15 years! Now i bring my grandson for haircuts. They do a great job.

  I don’t normally go out of my way to write negative reviews. I didn’t even write a review when my florist messed up my wedding flowers because I felt bad disrupting her business. However, I feel compelled to write this one because I can’t stop crying. I’ve been to this location several times over the years with no issues. I believe my stylist was named Michelle this time. I just started feeling like myself postpartum and wanted to have a nice haircut. My hair was almost halfway down my back after growing it out for several years. I asked for a long wolf cut, which I have had multiple times before and have that it cut done that location with no issues. I did say cut off what you need to, but I emphasized to her to keep it as long as possible. My hair does not have any dye or chemical treatments to justify cutting off more than an inch or two. She told me that a long wolf cut will look like a mullet, but I told her I have had the cut before and liked it a lot. I should have taken that as a sign to go elsewhere, but I trusted that she knew what she was doing. She showed me how much she planned to cut off and I gave her the OK. However, Michelle ended up cutting off wayyy more than she said she was going to. She cut off probably two years worth of length. I did not yell, I did not get snippy, but I plainly told her she cut off more than I had asked and that I do not like it. Her response was to get defensive and dismissive, and sarcastically tell me to have a WONDERFUL day. I’m trying to style it in multiple ways to get used it, but the more I look at it, the more upset I get. I’m honestly embarrassed to go out with it. I finally started feeling like myself 15 months postpartum, and now I’m just feeling so down after this whole experience. It’s going to take so long before it’s grown out enough to get a cut I like.
