    I had haircut this morning for my Son and this was his third time at this place but todays experience was not that great. Erika hair dresser was to aggressive and looks like she was in hurry, she did not speak or ask anything, generally hair dressers asks about how short hairs customer wants. She messed up the hair cut. As soon as i paid bill my son said "Papa she was too aggresive" She should be nice with kids. Not good experience.

    Barber seemed to be in a rush cause he had two people waiting cut off length I wanted but left the sides didn't touch sloppy I'll go somewhere else

    This experience alone outweighs every good experience I've had at this place. I usually come here ever since I moved to Jersey and the care I received is usually pretty good. Conversational stylists, take care of how I look, give me recommendations on my hair. I like how they store your hair cut in the system to make it easier in future visits. However, my visit today was very unprofessional and unlike anything I've experienced here before. As soon as I walked in the door,, who was walking out to take out trash, sighed and said "I guess it's my turn." Already felt off from that alone. I take a seat and she asks what I want with my hair, I told her my regular. She immediately grabs the trimmer and goes at my hair HARD. She comments how she hates it when customers come in right before they close (I came in at 5:45, they close at 7). Usually other stylists put up the top part for me so they can be careful on the back and sides, but not her. I told her about 3 inches off the top and, without measuring, combs up and cuts off about 4 inches. She asks how I usually style my hair and I say, "Middle part, swept back with some product." To which she responds, "If that's how you do it, I wouldn't do that with hair like yours." Okay? As she's hacking away at the top, I comment, "This is usually shorter than I get it," to which she responds, "It's fine. It's summer, it's hot." She blows my hair with the hairdryer, but not at the end. She just rips the cover off me causing all the hair that was on my shoulders to just get all over my shirt and pants. She marches over to the register and says nothing. The hair cut took not even 10 minutes and I was left a total wreck. After checking, her carelessness with the trimmer left bumps and burn all over the back of my neck. There was no layering, no blending done. Easily a job I could've done at home (which I don't because I trust my hair stylist to be careful). I truly don't know what her deal was. The haircut took less than 10 minutes, I was being pushed and pulled while she worked with unnecessary careless comments during. If she was about to clock out before I walked in that's one thing. It's not like I came in 5 minutes before they closed! You have a job to do. If you don't have the time or thought to do it properly, let me know. I'd gladly sit and wait 15 minutes for another stylist. Please see the pictures below to see the difference in the cut I got today versus what I got last time, it's atrocious. But oh well! I guess I don't need all that hair because "It's summer."
