    I’ve had more than one bad experience at this Salon Centric, and this is the second time dealing with the same employee, who has a rude attitude and poor customer service. She was dismissive and unprofessional, and it’s clear this isn’t a one-time issue. The first time I interacted with this employee, she was disrespectful and not helpful at all. This most recent time, she was calmer; however, she still responded with attitude and acted in ways that were very impolite for an employee toward a customer. Management needs to do better with hiring and training, because this kind of behavior makes customers not want to come back. With so many reviews likely about the same employee, it’s surprising that nothing has been done to correct this. Unbelievable.

    This SalonCentric has truly done a complete 180 since last year, and I couldn’t be more grateful. It’s amazing how the change in staff completely transformed not just the store, but the entire experience. The new team has brought in a wave of positivity they’re professional, friendly, caring, and genuinely welcoming.Before, my stylists and I dreaded walking through the doors. Now, I actually look forward to going in. The difference is night and day. The staff doesn’t just see you as another customer they treat you like a friend. They care about every stylist and every small business owner who walks in. They remember you, think about you even when you’re not there, and when you come in show you new products they think you might like. They reach out with sales and classes, just because they truly want to see you succeed. That kind of heart and dedication is rare. I feel incredibly blessed to have a SalonCentric team like this in my salons corner.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
