It’s amazing how the change in staff completely transformed not just the store, but the entire experience. The new team has brought in a wave of positivity they’re professional, friendly, caring, and genuinely welcoming.Before, my stylists and I dreaded walking through the doors. Now, I actually look forward to going in. The difference is night and day. The staff doesn’t just see you as another customer they treat you like a friend. They care about every stylist and every small business owner who walks in. They remember you, think about you even when you’re not there, and when you come in show you new products they think you might like. They reach out with sales and classes, just because they truly want to see you succeed. That kind of heart and dedication is rare. I feel incredibly blessed to have a SalonCentric team like this in my salons corner.

I don’t know if this is because of my color skin or my accent. If I’m coming back is just only for Renay the blondie girl. She was so nice, noticed her coworker mistake and rectify it with the best attention. Her coworkers need to be trained in costumer service otherwise you’ll lose clientele.

For a long time, I honestly dreaded going in because the staff was often rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful, which made the experience frustrating. Since the complete change in staff this past year, my experience has improved 100%. The new team is absolutely incredible kind, helpful, supportive, and always welcoming. They consistently go above and beyond, asking how things are going and showing genuine care for local salons.Because of their encouragement and positive energy, both my staff and I are now much more motivated to attend classes at Salon Centric. When I talk to other stylists in the area, they all agree that the turnaround has been amazing. The current team truly represents Salon Centric in the best way, and I am so grateful I get to shop there weekly.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
