- KPKakoli Parial6 days ago1.0Went multiple times, the products are horrible. I got mostly skincare from eyeliners to eyeshadows. The eyeliners the tip breaks after few days. The whole piece just broke into two pieces. I took the product back to the store they said they cannot replace I was not even asking them to refund me. The managers seem to be not at all helpful.They never want to hear your concerns patiently. I must say the associates are nice and want to help you out. I would give the store a negative zero rating and never want to stop by again.

Went in last minute, Friday the 13th, my favorite day of the year and Liaba (I hope the spelling of her name is right) Was so sweet enough to help me even though they were almost closed! She helped me perfectly match a Powder foundation shade to my wig and helped me to find my eyebrow pencil! Very professional and exceptional customer service!
