    Went on a Monday night, Ty or Tiegh was so helpful in helping me find a hand cream for a holiday gift for my manager. Great with showing me the testers and very friendly!

    They seem polite until you’re just window shopping thats when they give you weird judge-mental looks. Doorman is friendly but the people at billing counters are super rude. They feel as if they’re giving me a part of their ancestry property when asked for samples. Save yourself a trip and Try another location

    Very uncomfortable shopping experience where you can tell the staff thinks you’re stealing and constantly shadow you or bombard you with “are you okay?” every 5 minutes when you’re clearly testing a product. Such a shame i love Sephora.

    In the past when I’ve visited Sephora, I’ve had a decent experience. Yesterday, that wasn’t the case. The staff was clearly super rude to me and my friend. I was at the store near closing time, and I get it they want to close soon, but that doesn’t warrant them mocking me for trying to collect my birthday kit. Two of the staff kept loudly saying to each other “right yeah birthday gift, of course” “how many accounts you got with us?” “Happy birthday, here’s your gift (with a very mocking tone)” I’m never coming to this store again.
