- SNShana NejjJan 17, 20261.0Today was my 1st day at Great clips. I was there from 1:30-2:30pm. The lady who did my hair was a Hispanic older women didn't speak proper English. She was super rude treated me horribly was throwing the blow dryer and snatching the comb. 3 times the combs keep falling all over the floor. She was angry looking at who's coming and going. I was calm my hair was getting pulled badly and I was very hurt how she treated me. At the end, she said 1st time clients get discounts then she treated me regular $75 for blow dryer and she took $20 tip WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. It was snowing and she said they don't do hair rolls or anything. How can i blow dry my hair and walk with it in the snow?? This is a horrible treatment and I don't recommend any ladies with good hair to go there.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
