- VKvedika kumarNov 27, 20241.0i went there today and i have been going to this location since they’ve opened up in 2021. they have gotten much ruder there when its been the same employees i’ve met since they have opened. i asked for a sample of the dr jarts cream and they gave me such a small sample to the point where i just threw it out. i asked for more and she said she couldn’t do it due to corporate when the sephoras at the mall do it without an issue. another time i went there recently, my brother was smelling perfumes and they accused them of stealing. i don’t know if they’ve just been ruder or all going through menopause but they are so rude there. i would rather shop online or go across the street to ulta. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. i have been going here since they opened and i am done.
