I came in anxious and feeling unsure what I needed, but Chris was so kind and attentive which put me at ease. He came up with a plan; I got some much needed treatments, a trim, and some amazing advice. Nessa was amazing too! She made me the best lil cafesito, gave me even more advice on how to take care of my hair and even printed out some instructions! I left feeling so much better about myself and I’m confident I can take better care of my hair. I can’t recommend this place enough!

He was very thorough, taking the time to understand what I wanted and walking me through the process step by step. My big hair transformation came out absolutely perfect, better than I could have imagined. I left the salon feeling confident and so happy with the results. Highly recommend!

I’ve avoided leaving a review for that reason, but the fact is I get the best haircut I’ve ever gotten and every time I’m in the salon I get to se a team of hair stylists and staff who care—about their craft and especially about the well being of their clients. No doubt I’m biased but at the same time I get to see a little behind the scenes and will share that everyone who works at Aurelio Salon really cares and is committed to getting better and better at their craft It’s a craft which most of us take for granted. But it takes an incredible amount of commitment to keep up with trends, new colors, styles, etc. Thank you Natalie for a phenomenal haircut. Time after time.
- BHBrenda HauseltAug 1, 20251.0Went for my appointment at 215 and was not done until 7. I got my hair dyed with highlights and a haircut. It does not take that long considering my hair is already short. I felt my forehead burning to discover the girl gave me a chemical burn. On top of that dye was left all over my one cheek and the back of my neck. I had to ask for them to take the dye off my neck. If I didn’t say anything the girl would have left it. I then had to have another stylist fix the back of my hair because it wasn’t cut correctly. This was a horrible experience and now I’m left with a burn that hurts like hell and praying it doesn’t scar. I will keep everyone posted since I now have to wait until Tuesday when they said the manager will call me.
