I was greeted by a lovely woman who knew who was expected. She brought me a beverage while I waited-they have a great selection! Stacey came to bring me to the stylist’s chair-she introduced herself and let me know she’s be the assistant. While washing my hair, she gave me an amazing scale massage. Really thought I was going to doze off. My stylist, Rosie, was easy to talk to. I don’t like to give instructions- I want someone to create a style that’s appropriate for me. I felt heard and I’m thrilled with the plan for my hair. The cut is excellent and I have detailed instructions that included the frequency of visits. My next appointment is booked!
