I had pictures I wanted to share in order to discuss the type of haircut I wanted and my stylist barely looked at 1 before moving on. When asked at different points what I thought about the cut, any suggestion I made or asked for was shot down. I do understand she's the professional but also felt like I was not really being listened to. I left feeling the same way I did the last time I came here: unenthusiastic and mildly disappointed with the overall experience.
