    Stylist Iyvonne went a little too aggressive with the clippers. I told her I just wanted my hair cut and not the top layer of my skin. She didn't show me what she had done and I didn't realize how bad it was until I took a picture of it. Went to Urgentcare and they told me it was razor burn and prescribed me topical steroids.

    First, I walked in with waist length blunt hair. After a 2 second consultant, Nikki and I discuss cutting 4" off the length leaving it right below the breasts. I'm not sure why she even asked me because my hair is now above my breasts and rounded none of which we discussed. She thought taking a $3.00 discount off would make me happy. She knew I was not happy and told me, "It's hair, it'll grow back." I will not be going back to her and wish I read her reviews prior.

    Most stylists here are wonderful. However, today I had Nikki. I showed her several pictures and asked for an inch off mentioning several times to not really touch the length. She took off about 4-5 inches and I ended up with a chin-length bob. I questioned her several times along the way, even after the first snip. When I was clearly unhappy, other stylists were very comforting especially after seeing the pictures I had asked for, but she said, “Well, I can’t put the hair back on.” I will be back for other stylists, but never, ever again for this one.

    I’ve been going to hair cuttery for over a year now. I book with Ellen for highlights, trim and blow dry and she nails it everytime! Scheduling appt online and availability is very accommodating.

    Very nice experience. You should go. For a wash cut and blow dry $42.
