  The hair stylist was great until it was time to pay I had a 25% off coupon and she said I couldn't use it Then a 20% off and I it was only good for one item and I had more than one thing done Said I used it back in January Lol.Not going back to hair cuttery.She did finally give me the 20%off after me not giving in.Very unhappy with her customer service skills. ..

  I went in there and asked for a haircut a fade to be exact and he told me “I’m not qualified enough to do that but I can find someone else who can” why would I assume anyone can cut hair in there

  Chuck was fantastic. They were able to get me an appointment with a little more than an hour notice. Great experience all around. But I told Chuck I just wanted to chop off the damage and then he could do whatever; one of the most flattering cuts I've ever had. Thank you! My original hair dresser was (I believe) Natalie, but she made sure to let me know I would be waiting a bit for her or she could try to arrange another person. She was obviously successful in securing Chuck for me, but I appreciated her effort in making me aware and making my experience happen. Thank you to her, as well. And for introducing me to Chuck!

  My daughter had an appointment to get a partial highlight for her 12th birthday at 11:15am. We waited 20 minutes because the stylist Marianna was running behind. When she finally came over to us, she said that she didnt know my daughter had long hair and that it would take a long time and go into her other appointments, even though we had the appointment! I explained to her that we have been waiting for her for over 25 minutes because she was running behind. Thats not our fault. She told us we should have come in before we booked so they could look at her hair. That sounds absolutely ridiculous! And nowhere on the website does it say anything about long or short hair for a time frame for partial highlights. Mind you, my daughters hair isnt crazy long either. So because she was more worried about it cutting into her other appointments, my daughter didnt get her hair done. Very unprofessional. I have a very upset birthday girl.

  Had a horrible experience getting a blowout here. The lady had no idea how to handle my hair, which is thick & curly. Basically stay away if your hair type is not straight or fine hair.
