- JBJosh BrandFeb 8, 20261.0Very disgusted over the fact that they had the door locked 45 minutes before closing and despite being checked in 20 minutes prior to that they pretty much complained that we were there by saying they’re open 7 days a week and they wanted to get home to their families. And then on top of that we planned on giving a cash tip but after paying by card and clicking no tip the stylist immediately asked why we chose no tip and that’s how they make their money. If you hate your job just say that and find something else

When I walked in I was immediately greeted and my anxiety slowly went away . Elaine was my stylist and she made me feel so comfortable. I felt like I was talking to my girlfriend lol. She talked me thru every step of my haircut and she asked me lots of questions. She complimented me and gave me suggestions. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much Elaine you earned a loyal client ! P.s. I have a relaxed pixie and needed maintenance, she did excellent!

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
