- KPKimberly PennSep 1, 20251.0I typically go to a different Great Clips and have never had a bad experience. I recently moved and wanted to try out this one. From the beginning, the woman who cut my hair had an attitude. I have bipolar depression and it’s hard for me to do keep up with my hair. The moment she started checking my hair, she made a disgusted face then kept asking me “what do you want me to do with this?”. I explained to her I wasn’t sure and that I wanted to maybe take an inch off, do layers and trim my bangs. The haircut took a total of 5 minutes and she didn’t do anything I asked. I am a cosmo student and watched as she did a basic one length trim. She told me it’s typically $22 but was going to charge me $10 and that she was doing me a favor because she didn’t do much. I went into my car and cried. Never again will be returning to this location and possibly Great Clips ever again.

Literally walked in to this place at 3:36pm one lady sitting on her phone and other in another chair… they asked if I checked in and I said no there was no wait time. They told me they couldn’t can’t me because they were closing at 4:00pm. This is poor customer service! No wonder y’all are rated a 3.1!!

Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
