I was able to present the email that said I had the coupon in my app but just couldn’t locate it when I needed it. No one from the store was able to help me find it in my smart phone. I patronize the Westmont, NJ store all the time and I am not blaming them. For the next following 3 days, I got an email from your headquarters reminding me to use my coupon which was just salt in the wound. Maybe you can make it easier to find the coupon on the app for quick access - and extend my coupon thru 12/31/25 so I can use it at my next haircut.
