For the next following 3 days, I got an email from your headquarters reminding me to use my coupon which was just salt in the wound. Maybe you can make it easier to find the coupon on the app for quick access - and extend my coupon thru 12/31/25 so I can use it at my next haircut. I hate having to criticize someone's work! I started to come to this location in Westmont and was pleased with their service for some time but after today - I'll take my business elsewhere. I had to come home and shave my head myself. I am beyond upset - I really wanted to keep coming here. UPDATE: I recently changed my 2 stars to 4 stars. After getting a phone call from the manager, I felt like I could give them another chance. I returned after several weeks and got a haircut that was much better. Thank you.
