    had such a great experience at Lush! The store is always bright, clean, and full of amazing scents, but the staff truly makes the difference. Everyone was helpful and welcoming, and Joe especially went above and beyond. He was super knowledgeable about the products, patient with my questions, and helped me find exactly what I needed. His positive energy made the whole visit even better. I left feeling taken care of and excited about my purchase. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had—thank you, Joe and the Lush team!
