I asked for a slight V in the back but she cut it straight across and some pieces are uneven. Didn’t offer to wash, blow dry, or style my hair. Only dampened the first layer of my hair slightly, most of it was still dry. Usually since my hair is very thick and long, the process takes about 40 min to an hour, without styling it. I spent not even 20 minutes here, which included waiting for a stylist, getting my hair cut, waiting for my moms hair to be finished, and paying. Customer service was okay, but the stylist didn’t listen to what I wanted.
