This time, Instead of being greeted with a smile and told that unfortunately they dont have time for walk-ins, they rudely exclaimed “no walk ins!” This is such a simple opportunity to invest in customer satisfaction, the same message can be said with warmth or with disregard, and unfortunately the pattern seems to be the latter. Will not be trying this establishment ever again.
