  I had such a great experience at Sephora thanks to Jacob. I came in specifically looking for an anti-aging serum, and he immediately understood what I needed and recommended the Rejuran ampoule. What really impressed me is that I had already been researching this product on my own and had even tried a salmon DNA facial before, so I knew this wasn’t a random suggestion. He genuinely pointed me toward one of the best options available, not just something to make a sale. Jacob was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. He made the whole experience feel personalized and easy, and his warm personality really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who feels so genuine while also being so good at what they do. I truly hope he gets recognized within the company because he deserves it. He has a bright future ahead, and Sephora is lucky to have him.
