- SGStephanie Gray6 days ago1.0I was just in this location five minutes ago and I bought some thing from your Sephora Newport Center and it just wasn’t my vibe. The young lady that helped me over in that store was absolutely wonderful so I pretty much shopped for the same foundation every six months or however, long it last me and when I went into the store today because they’ve been out of this foundation that I’ve been looking for forever I I knew I was looking for I did the exchange and when I was going up to do the exchange. I’m at the register. The young lady was holding the foundation that I needed to exchange hostage as if I wasn’t coming in there to exchange a foundation. It almost seemed like she was waiting for me to run out of the store with the foundation mind you I am instill in full uniform and I have a name tag on. I don’t work at the mall, but I work in a retail location.It just seemed very offputting and I don’t know how to describe it, but it was like she was afraid, I was gonna run off of the bottle of foundation that I was literally there to exchange just a very offputting experience in this location, and she just seemed kind of miserable.

From the moment I walked into Sephora, she made my wife and me feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. She listened to exactly what I was looking for and guided me with so much patience and knowledge. Milly has an amazing eye for color and helped my wife to find products that matched with her skin perfectly. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm personality really stood out. Thanks to her, I left the store feeling confident and happy with my purchase. I truly appreciate her exceptional customer service — Milly is a gem at Sephora!
- JJJoane JOct 10, 20251.0Poor customer service. Seems understaffed. Everyone tells you something different from the other. I am traveling from out of state and I used the brand Claudalie. However, I forgot to pack my Vinopure cleanser, I went in with my best friend because she needed to replenish on some products. I then asked an associates if it were possible to get a travel size sample of the cleanser to use while I’m visiting for the weekend. I was told yes, it could be done and someone was going to bring it soon. We waited and waited, then finally I asked someone else, then I was told it would be a very small amount and it wouldn’t last me the weekend. There were a lot of conflicting stories about how it was not possible to get the sample. Then I noticed them staring at me in the corner and whispering to each other with a disgusted look on their faces. As if I being deceitful . I proceed to purchase a travel size kit of the Claudalie brand, which was unnecessary because I just replenished spending a little over $200 2 weeks ago. I even showed the purchase history to one of the associates. It seems as though all they cared about was making a sale. Thank God for my wonderful Sephora store in South Florida. Now I know not to travel without visiting my home store.
