  I had to write a very special review on Sephora Edgewater, Every time I visit this store, every person there is so friendly and welcoming. I do have to give a special shout-out to Vanessa, where do I even start with how much I appreciate her! She is so professional and she is gifted with knowing how to help you with shades of foundation, concealer to anything you need when it comes to makeup. She is young but she is very mature and so talented. Sephora Edgewater is so blessed to have her. She really knows how to treat a customer with respect and care. I felt that she really listened to my needs and she was able to help me find the perfect foundation match that no other sephora associate was able to do. Kudos to such a wonderful young lady who really cares about what she does and you can see that she wants to help! Thank you for going above and beyond Vanessa! You made my experience at Sephore such a memorable and special one!

  This store has absolutely NO customer service . Manager and staff are not helpful or kind. Worst Sephora ever !!!

  I don’t even write reviews but this one girl Vanessa that works there with curly hair orange kind of color went out of her way to help me with skin care products. This is my local sephora i always come here for years and i don’t think i got help like this before from here until now. I have dry skin and struggle so bad and she gave me so many options and recommendations and even some affordable options too. I hope i run into her anytime i go there😭

  This Sephora location is an absolute embarrassment. I walked in to a floor full of employees — not one of them acknowledged me, offered help, or even pretended to be working. Meanwhile, the checkout line was backed up with customers, and instead of assisting, multiple employees were gathered at the front laughing, shouting, and carrying on like they were at a bar, not at work. After waiting patiently, I approached one employee and asked if she could check me out. Her response? A rude, aggressive “Yeah, at the register.” When I got there, there was ONE employee working the register while the rest stood around doing absolutely nothing. The store itself reflects the same level of care — a complete disaster. Products knocked over, displays trashed, nothing maintained. It looks neglected and chaotic. What made it worse is that other customers in line were saying the exact same thing — that this was the worst Sephora they’ve ever been to, with rude staff and zero help. I brought this to a manager’s attention, who apologized, and only then did the employees suddenly scatter and pretend to work. As I was leaving, one employee (Giselle) had the audacity to scoff in my ear, look me up and down, and continue talking about me with her coworkers — clearly offended that a customer expected basic professionalism. This store is a mess from top to bottom. The staff is unprofessional, immature, and completely uninterested in doing their jobs. Being young is not an excuse for this level of incompetence. Avoid this location at all costs!!! Never coming back.

  No hay atención al cliente, e ido ya varias veces y nunca se acerca alguien ayudarme, ayer volví a ir y ya estaba lista para pagar y nadie estaba en la caja estuve parada ahí como 25 minutos y nadie apareció.
