When I told the lady the purpose for which I was recommended that product, she apologised that her store staff sold me the wrong product but she still refused to take it back. I don’t condone stores who clearly note their staff made an error but still will not remediate. This is wrongful selling. Hopefully this is specific only to this #Sephora and not a practice across.
