She offered great customer service and did not rush to find my foundation shade. Im sure your managers are grateful to have you as a part of their team!!

Immediately upon entering an employee greeted me and then proceeded to look me up and down and give me an extremely judgmental dirty look. I immediately turned around and left taking my business elsewhere. How can you be in a customer facing role whilst treating your customers like garbage? It’s extremely disrespectful and makes me not want to even shop there anymore. The worst part is that upon reading other reviews this location is KNOWN for having RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES..Gross it’s just nasty and not cute🤢. How is it that this has been an issue for a while and it still hasn’t been dealt with? Yall need to train your employees to respect anyone who enters the store. After all we are paying customers. Bunch of weirdos in this Sephora, i’d recommend not wasting your time here

I purchased about $200 worth of stuff and was not acting in any way “suspicious” but was definitely being treated like a thief. Then while ringing out for my items the cashier was speaking into her microphone “Watch out for the couple near tower 28 section” like excuse you? If your job is to be a cashier why are you more focused on other people instead of ringing me out? Mind you I was being ambushed by a dude wearing a Covid 19 mask in 2026…….
