  Amazing experience. The gentleman at the desk was able to help my daughter pick earrings and answer all the questions I had. Nurse Hope was fantastic. She made the experience so amazing for my 7 year old daughter’s first time. My daughter only had happy tears because she was so happy with her earrings!

  We had such a wonderful experience getting our ears pierced today! My almost 4-year-old got her ears pierced, and the entire team was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. Nurse Hope was especially amazing. She was efficient, gentle, and so caring, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend this place for both children and adults!

  Kiara was absolutely excellent so was the Rowan associate who checked us in. They were both absolutely pleasant. My daughter and I both got piercings and felt just a quick pain. Kiara was very precise and diligently gave us aftercare instructions. I would strongly recommend and return to Kiara and this Rowan studio.

  They did a great job piercing my 6-month-old’s ears—everything was clean, professional, and the staff handled her gently. However, I was really disappointed with the lack of transparency around pricing. Before the appointment, I confirmed the cost twice and was told the piercing would be $50. The staff member also made it sound like the cleaning solution was included, with no mention of any additional required items. After the piercing, while I was busy consoling my daughter, a $20 cleaning solution was added to the total without clearly discussing it beforehand. To make matters more frustrating, the solution was just hypochlorous acid—which I actually already had in my bag at the time. Because I was focused on calming my baby, my husband handled the payment and wasn’t aware this hadn’t been discussed with me. I also think it’s pretty ridiculous that the actual piercing literally took 3 minutes and cost $140 total since you need to buy their earrings as well. I felt caught off guard and a bit taken advantage of in that moment. The service itself was good, but clearer and more upfront communication about pricing would make a big difference.

  We had such a wonderful experience with Hope! She pierced my four month old baby’s ears, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better person to trust with such a special moment. Hope was incredibly gentle, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire process. She took the time to make sure everything was clean, safe, and as comfortable as possible for my baby. What really stood out was how calm and caring she was, not just with my baby, but with me as well. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt confident and at ease. The whole experience was quick, smooth, and far less stressful than I expected. I’m so grateful for her kindness and professionalism. If you’re considering ear piercing for your little one, I highly recommend Hope!
